Floor Manager Antwerp

Are you a born leader with a passion for interior design, retail, and customer experience? Then this role as floor manager at MARIE-MARIE Antwerp could be your next step.

Together with the shop manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our flagship store in the heart of Antwerp's fashion district. You will maintain an overview, enthusiastically manage the sales team, and ensure that our customers experience warm, personal service every time they visit. You will keep the store schedule tight, know what is going on on the floor, and actively contribute to achieving commercial objectives. Advising customers, coaching colleagues, optimizing processes, it's all part of the job.

In this role, you are an important link between the team and management. You report on sales and figures, contribute ideas about innovation, and help build our branding and business development.

We are looking for someone who thinks ahead, brings structure, shows initiative, and keeps calm during busy moments. You have experience in retail, digital skills, and a good knowledge of Dutch, French, and English. Finance & Administrative Talent (1 day/week)

We are looking for someone who can smoothly combine financial management with administrative support. You will handle the full bookkeeping process, follow up on invoices, manage VAT and OSS filings, and prepare monthly reports. You will also be the first point of contact for employees, support HR administration, organise travel and company events, and ensure the overall administrative flow within the company, including the personal administration of the owners.

You have at least three years of experience in financial administration, communicate fluently in Dutch and English (French is a plus), and work with accuracy, structure, and a proactive mindset. You are comfortable with digital tools such as MS Office, and experience with accounting software is an advantage.

You will work one day per week in a beautiful and pleasant location in a lively shopping street, joining a growing organisation with a warm, family-like atmosphere and short communication lines with Valerie and Laurence.
