Cancelling, returns and exchanges
1. Cancelling an Order
Did you place an order on our webshop but wish to cancel it? Simply get in touch with us at webshop@marie-marie.be and we will check what is still possible.
If your order has already been shipped, you can always return it to us (see paragraph 2).
2. Returning an Item
Would you like to return your item(s)? You can do so within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been used or washed.
Every order includes a return form and a return label.
Return Form
Please include the completed return form with your parcel. This helps us understand the reason for your return.

Return Label
Inside your parcel, you will find a return label. Attach it to the box and drop the parcel off at a parcel shop of the carrier of your choice.
Using the return label incurs a cost, which will be deducted from your refund. You will therefore bear the return shipping costs.
We choose not to offer free return labels as we strive to reduce our ecological footprint. We aim to provide detailed product information and are always available for questions via email, phone, or social media. In this way, we hope our customers can choose the right products from the start, a win-win for everyone.
We are proud to say that our current return rate is below 5%!
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at webshop@marie-marie.be, and we will discuss the next steps together.
Can’t find the return label in your parcel? Send us an email and we will forward it to you. You may of course also arrange the shipment yourself.

3. Exchanging
Did you order the wrong size? Not completely satisfied with the color? You can always exchange your purchased items for other ones.
