Cancelling, returns and exchanges

1. Cancelling an Order

Did you place an order on our webshop but wish to cancel it? Simply get in touch with us at webshop@marie-marie.be and we will check what is still possible.

If your order has already been shipped, you can always return it to us (see paragraph 2).

2. Returning an Item

Would you like to return your item(s)? You can do so within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been used or washed.

Returning items is easy via our returns portal. Click here to start your return.
We offer two ways to return your order:

1. Return the items to us:
Select in the returns portal that you would like to send the item back to us. At the end of the process, you will receive a return label, which you can print yourself and attach to the parcel.

A return fee of €7,50 applies to orders from Belgium and €10 to orders from The Netherlands.
This amount will automatically be deducted from your refund.

2. Return your order to our store:
Select in the returns portal that you would like to return your order to our store. You will not receive a return label.
Then bring your order to our store in Antwerp, where we will process your return.

Returns made-in-store are free of charge.

3. Exchanging

Did you order the wrong size? Not completely satisfied with the color? You can always exchange your purchased items for other ones.
