The Lana is woven in a slow manufacturing process. The ultra-soft texture is similar to wool, due to the wavy structure, and cocoons your skin while being highly absorbent.

Kenkawai towels have been produced on traditional looms in Imabari, Japan, since 1934. Due to this slow production process, the fibres are not damaged, which keeps the towels soft and supple. The towels are pre-washed in the spring water of Mount Ishizuchi. The fibres are cleaned with natural enzymes and only natural orange oil is used for the washing and bleaching process. The terry cloth, 100% cotton or a blend of cotton and linen, is highly absorbent and dries quickly.
